The coin on the right is the No FG JFK. The one on the left is normal.

Nice one ! What year is it ? Cherry Pickers lists a 1972-D and I don't see a listing for any year in RedBook. I know there are more dates without initials and I always check every coin when searching halves. Any idea which other specific dates have been found ?

It is a 1982 P. I also found some doubling in the same roll on another JFK, but I'm not very good at identifying doubling.

I think I have a 1982-P no FG, I will have to look . There are ALOT of Kennedy half dollars with Machine Doubling on the reverse, something that fooled me before I was aware of the differences in doubling.

I will try to post the doubling today, sometime. To me, it just looks like the letters have a split in it at the bottom. I really need an electron microscope with digital photo to be sure.
