SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 04/03/2015 12:27 pm Lovely coin. Knowing this is sunlight, I'm not as worried about not seeing luster on a Peace dollar even if the coin is AU. And that's part of the problem with grading 1921's. Strike quality varies, and is this a formerly well-struck XF or a typically-weak AU? My vote is the former because of how much detail in the center of the hair still remains. That all nearly goes away in weaker strikes. XF, then. Quite liquid in the marketplace but that's because they're easily available. $100-ish if the surfaces are original. Report this Post to the Staff
