Perhaps the grader thought it worthy of a 64 or higher without them and gave it the plus. Or perhaps it was submitted by a 'favourite' or the grader really liked it. No sure way to say. DL is a good company with an outstanding rep, but, when he has something I am looking for his price is always top of the mark plus. Report this Post to the Staff

SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 04/03/2015 2:52 pm I suspect the toning was rather nicer when it was slabbed. Toners require more careful maintenance than other coins, because atmospheric sulfur affects them so easily. This one just probably sat in an inventory, in am unlucky place.
