This looks like a PL Dollar with mirror finish and frosted legends, the square rim makes me think PL.

I see see finger print on the obverse.

For sure a PL Don. Lower grade PL63 and maybe lower. There good looking dollars with there mirror fields and frosted devices.

Yes wireman09, more than one smudge or fingerprint, but got it for about bullion value.
When the dealer reached into the box of raw dollars, I saw him put his thumb on it and cringed.
But it was a sale no matter because of the luster and PL appearance. I am a bit crow like.
