Haver a good Easter weekend all! Ruler: Elagabalus (Emeror) Coin: silver Denarius IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG - laureate draped bust right VICTORIA AVG - Victory flying left, diadem in both hands, shields at sides, star to right. Elagabalus was member of the hight priesthood of the sun god Elagabal (Elagabalus is a postumus nickname, his true name was Sextus Varius Avitus Bassianus but changed his name when he becomes imperator to claim being illegitimous son of Caracalla to Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus... He was probably the more depraved and disolute of all roman emperors, and this was a very disputed competition!
