Anyone else see this? Am I reading this correctly, I spend $100 bidding on someone's item, use PayPal to pay and enter the code and I get it for $75?

Read it carefully -

This special offer is only for registered ebay users who received a Holiday Savings Coupon email from ebay or who logged into https://www.eBay.com with their own ebay User ID and saw a Holiday Savings ad there. The Holiday Savings Coupon is not transferable.

It's specifically invitation but that means you should check your email or your ebay account - you might be lucky!

Guess I am a lucky one...it popped when I logged in. Normally I just blow through those ads but hit the back button on this one. Keep an eye out!

I got a similar offer on Overstock.com. Any purchase over $100 with use of PayPal and they rebate 20%. I won't see the rebate until the end of Jan 08 though. I guess PayPal is doing a big promotion.

It's nice to see that some of the money Paypal gets from sellers is actually going to help some folks.
