I am not sure about "Bedrock" but at 50 posts you become a "Valued Member" and at 500 you become a "Pillar of the Community".
If you keep up your 27 posts a day average you would become a Pillar in 19 days.

Wow, 27 posts/day average! If you keep that up you'll overtake jbuck in about 5 years! I think Bedrock is 10k. Not sure.

You need to have some expertise and you need to be able to take abuse. The moderators do most of their work behind the scenes. Checking out all post and potential members, resolving conflicts and a few hundred other chores. Moderators are invited to be moderators. This is done based on their quality contributions to the forum (you cannot purchase the title) The number of posts also have nothing to do with moderator selection. Once a member is suggested for moderator, the name is discussed with the other moderators and than that person is invited to be a moderator. I consider it an honor to be working along side of my fellow moderators. I have learned a great deal from them. Yes jbuck currently has the most posts Enjoy your membership in the forum don't worry about titles. what makes this forum great is the quality not quantity of posts.

What is also lost in translation are the words "quality posts". There are certain privileges that are attained at different post levels, such as buying, selling and trading privileges. People, and there have been many, try to attain these levels by "padding" their post count, with post after post of pertinent gems such as "that's nice" or "cool coin". It is at the descretion of the moderators to lower the total post count of a member they feel is just trying to bolster their post count to attain a certain privilege. Just because you post 50 times a day, doesn't necessarily mean you are going to have 250 posts at the end of the week.

The user information is actually public, you just have to know where to look http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/members.aspOver 10K Rui at #1, but he's technical staff and the post count comes from testing the system to see if it broke at a value even jbuck though was absurd... jbuck Moderator 23972 Today 12/20/2007 United States SsuperDdave Moderator 20082 Today 11/16/2005 United States echizento Moderator 16106 Today 11/26/2006 United States vermontensium Moderator 15172 Today 05/24/2008 United States Bryan1315 Moderator 14452 09/18/2013 03/01/2006 United States All the above are moderators, one is inactive.
