This '74 Lincoln Cent looks like it has an error on the B in Liberty. What could cause this and is it an error?

You have a good eye for finding these.
It looks to me like a shaving off the lower loop of B.

I'm no expert in these but I'm willing to try to learn. From a novice point of view with these, it looks like it took a hit on the bottom of the "B" and just moved the metal of the upright. Certainly seems like just post mint damage as was previously said.
