This one I am pretty sure is a charm of modern origin, probably less than 50 years old. The picture on the left is upside down, but I can't read the writing. The smooth surface with the raised dots are indicative of its modern origin, as many of the modern machined version of these coins have the small raised dots to to emulate the cast look that older charms and coins had. That being said, I doubt it was made as a counterfeit or to fool anyone, as Chinese people today still use charms.

Thanks for the help

Do you think you can tell me what the symbols mean if I rotate the picture?

It is a modern reproduction of a Chinese charm.

The inscription is zhao cai jin bao (#25307;#36001;#36914;#23542;) which can be translated as "money and treasures will be plentiful" or "attracts wealth and treasure".
