What an unexpected, but pleasant surprise! Thank you all for the welcome back! I think I'm back to normal after the heat stroke, but as happens with people my age (almost 60 ), I've had a dramatic change in food tastes after the trauma to my system: more starches, less fat (and I love my steak). I am certainly very, very happy to see that CCF has maintained its level of maturity and friendliness and continues to grow without some of the accompanying flames I've seen in other groups.
