It looks as if someone filed down the reverse of the coin. Due to the blurry pictures, I can't exactly tell.

tails side is smooth as if not stamped and head side is slightly off center Trying to get better pics

wouldn't it have the chrome outside if that was true. it looked like he exposed the copper in the video
