What's going on in that pic? It looks like a tube inside a tube.
Either way, flex the tube gently a bit if you can to see if it frees up the log jam.

I found this....hope it helps:
"Try putting the tube and coins in a zip lock bag and put into the freezer for a while. Then take out and put the tube into a container of hot water for just a half minute or so and then open and turn over a soft cloth and the coins should come out, unless age and heat has permanently shrunk the plastic. The mass of metal will shrink in the cold and then not gain heat fast enough to expand again before they are out of the tube. Theoretically"

I've seen this before. The tubes shrunk on to the coins. I just made a mark on the plastic lingth wise on the tube and smack them with a heavy pair of pliers to get them out. If the coins get a slight amount of damage, it is just one the edge of the coin. Don't use a hammer, just something heavy to break the plastic.

Haha celtic knot I had to zoom in and still couldnt tell...sounds like great advice here though but if you can get the top couple out so the edge of plastic room can be lightly tapped on the table or counter id try that first

These are cheapie tubes. Break them with a hammer tap on the side if you have to. I use the square plastic tubes that are significantly better and should not have such a problem. Otherwise try hot water and/or an ice bath to see if that works.

looks like your using the old type plastic tubes that the caps just fit onto the tube without messing with on. unfortunately they either have a slightly smaller diameter or they shrink if improperly stored. I have a bunch of them from many years ago and I have the same problems.

I have a few rolls of LWC's that are stuck in whitman coin tubes, too. I put a wet cloth under hot water and rubbed the tube until it expanded enough to let the coins out.

If they WILL NOT move, the tube will have to be broken, unfortunately. Put in a vise, and wrap a towel around the lot. SLOWLY close the vise to crack the plastic.
If that doesn't work, try crushing the end only, using the same method.

I lay them on carpet and hit them there with a pair of side cuts. They never fall down when they are on the floor.
