I have researched a good bit and come across wide ranging values for this coin. Decided now that I got it back from certification with the grade and details to try a forum of knowledgeable people for advice on what the grade it received means as far as value goes.

I see some going for as low as $500 and as high as $1,200 at the condition yours is in... Judging from your pictures, I'd say IMHO your coin is worth around $600. However, I'd buy it from you for $50

This is a coin that many do not have in their collection.

Many do not want it, because it is a variety, but it is required
to complete some albums.

There are four different die's associated with the 1922 no D,
or missing and weak D. Die 1, 3, and 4 should have a weak
reverse. Die #2 (yours) should have a strong reverse and always
will be a "No D" (not a missing or weak D). Die #2 is the most valuable.

I know it is hard taking pictures, through a slab. It is hard seeing all
the details of your coin. The label states "dig on reverse" not sure
how bad the dig is, but enough for it to get a, Details grade.

I know a LCS that has a VG details, they are asking $500. I would have
to see your coin in hand , to give a better opinion on value.

But depending on what the dig on the reverse looks like, I could see this
coin trading in the $800 range. More or less depending on the dig.

Those prices would be if you found someone that wants to purchase it.
Dealers would pay less.

Not sure if I expressed myself very well.

This is a very nice coin, one of the keys for a complete set.

VF grade is a very collectable grade for this coin.

I would be very happy to have a coin just like this one in
my Dansco.
