You'd have to overdip it to remove toning that dark. I'm forced to wonder what created those white circles, and whether that's actually all normal silver sulfide toning.

Honestly, though, with that kind of detail on the coin I'd be tempted to see what I could do for it. I'm not sure it's circulated.

Looks like something dripped or spilled on to coin. I would not dip it , better to leave it in it's original state. IMHO
