I don't know why the 1884 comes so dark, it has a good luster.

If the pics are scans, the luster is impossible to capture and will often cause the coin to appear darker. Here are my opinions. Without a good look at the luster, I can't hazard an exact MS opinion.

1883O - EF45 (given the weaker strike of the New Orleans coins, this may be an AU, but I can't tell for certain from the pics.)
1884O - UNC
1885O - EF45 (again, given the weaker strike of the New Orleans coins, this may be an AU, but I can't tell for certain from the pics.)
1879S - UNC
1889 - AU58/UNC (the obverse looks like it may have very slight wear to me but it might just appear darker because of luster.)

Yes, its scanned images. I don't have a good camera to take pics of coins.

All those coins look Mint State, except the 84-O looks polished. Very hard to grade from a scan, as scans tend to hide bagmarks and it is hard to tell what the luster looks like (i.e. the 84-O may be proof-like and not polished). However, based solely on the scans I would say MS-63 to MS-64 (except the 84-O -- can't even guess on that one).
