Interesting! That first one looks like 1940S-1MM-001, but looks like S/S/S instead.

If it was 1940S-1MM-001, it would also be a doubled die cause this die had both varities on the same coin. Here is images to see if your coin has the doulbed die or not. If it doesn't, it will not be 001 od either die pair.

I think the first one is S/S/S, but I dont see it on Coppercoins' website... Could it be an unlisted variety?

I believe it is s/s/s MM, but NOT the same die as the 001. This very severe break is on the LEFT wheat stem, while the 001 is a much less notable break on the RIGHT stem. If the entire part "outlined", or any part that includes the rim were missing from the die, then it would be a Cud. Those are the kind of "cracks" I like to collect.
