No MM means it is a Philly minted coin. DDR,not sure. The pics have a lot of glare. Lets wait for coop.

Looks like a machine damaged example. (which was common on the 1968-1972 years) that may have been polished to death. The tops of the devices are missing and making them look wider from the polishing. The USA is distorted on the reverse. (STATES)
