It's a mute point and I'm not being argumentative but if you do use the older forms, ICCS does hold you to the calculated balance difference if you use it repeatedly. The form isn't the issue, it's the the revised amounts ICCS charges. They only take cheques and have no way of making adjustments. Sure you can scratch the 13 and add a 15 instead. Heck, ICCS will even take submissions on a napkin as long as the numbers add up.

The coin is now en route to ICCS. I paid for the one week turnaround and FedEx return mail so we should have our answer before long.
