Nice dollar torgemco. Looks to be in the EF-AU grade range, and possibly better in hard. Looks very close to being a SWL but am afraid that the waterlines might be a tiny bit too long for a SWL.

EF40. As I learned from this board and contrary to the pictures in Charlton, this would not be a SWL coin.

I don't think that would pass by ICCS standards as a short waterline. I have some that look the same that they graded as WL.
Here is one that is graded SWL by ICCS.
Notice how each line is shorter and the third line is almost non existant.

I would grade your coin closer to EF45

This is one similar to yours that believe it or not, they did not grade SWL.
I don't really agree with them but those are their standards.

is is a swl jimmy, it is most likely no one paid or specified for them to identify the variety.

I had the same problem. Basically I believe the ICCS rule is that the 3rd line has to be shorter than the other 2 for SWL and non existent for ARN. Someone should really lobby to have the reference picture in Charlton changed to reflect that. The SWL in Charlton pretty much illustrates the coin that the OP posted.
