When it is time to store coins, do you know if TPG soft flips or hardcase can be mixed together with coins in 2x2? Did the plastic of both TPG can be harmfull for the coins around who are in 2x2?

No, I am certain that ICCS and CCCS flips are safe for long-term storage.

zxcccxz: yes.. both soft flips are safe... .. and hard cases you don't have to worry about at all..
