Looks right the other marker is the initials if we get a close up of the initials beside the memorial I would say %100 sure. It does look like it from here though just wish I could see the initials better

A couple red flags for me. Why is the ONLY "zinc rot" spot in a key position? The left leg of the "M" looks thinner than the right leg.
Since you found it then there will be no monetary loss for you. But will it sell?

Thanks! And kanga that spot I found to be a strange spot also but I can't see the initials being exactly right and the A in states being in correct location also just wouldn't happen but is odd....I have 8 of these from '98 and 2000 now but this being the first one I found myself and makes it the best one for me,just need a '99 now

Also kanga the legs of the M looks exactly like the legs of both A's and looking at all my other WAM's it is just the design feature there'snothing suspicious on this coin thanks for the input

Nice one. Like I said in several posts back on a different thread, I've found roughly over 20 of them now. However, this is a decent one for sure. The only indicator to finding one is that I compare the reverse strikes with a pre-1993 coin (specifically 1987-1992, unless the 92 is the Close AM) The steps have a much higher strike than the flat strike you see on Post-1993 coins.

Wow,how long you been searching drew that's a hoard...are you on the east coast? Just curious cause if you were searching back then I remember hearing originally these were concentrated on the east coast-not sure on that fact though...
