Doesn't look like a narrow 9. Close up of the 9 would help with determining which variety.

definitely a wide 9 over 8 variety. it is very clear IMO.

the coin is about a G grade and looks cleaned. I would say 5 bucks as a hole filler.

It's one of the 13 different working dies that made the 9/8's. Really not enough efinition, due to wear and photo, to tell you which die pair.
