3 boxes this morning. Box 1 had 3 enders. 20 40%ers and 2 1964's. Box 2 had 3 enders and an albino wrapper. 29 40%ers and 3 1964s, a silver palted 1974, a nice 1981S proof, and a stickered coin. Box 3 had 1 silver ender and a plugged ender. Only 1 40%er.

Taking in my latest skunk box to dump at the credit union, and found a '64 Kennedy in the coin return before starting. Small victory, I guess.

This is the first Brinks box I've ever gotten. They can keep it! 2 boxes this week, no silver, 1 beat up proof and some AU's.

I had 1 box left from the 4 I picked up last night that I had left at home. Just went through it with the same results: 2 enders and more silver ;) 17 40%ers, 4 1964's, and a couple of NIFC.

Those are some great numbers Jack, I cracked open 5 boxes today, these are from my new banks and out of 5 boxes pulled 4-40%ers, 1-87P I should throw back, and 2-NIFC, an 03D, 12D. Not the way I was hoping these new bank boxes would fair. The 40%ers are 3-67 and 1-68. 3 out of 5 boxes were skunks. We all know what that feels like. "LOVE THE HUNT"!

Quote: Jack strikes again, nice haul. I am no hero I have been at this for almost 3 years now. When Fade2black came along he was the new kid on the block lucky hunter I hoped to compete with. Every market has an up and down turn. Last year was a down market for my area. This year so far seems to be on an upturn either due to fellow CRH bowing out or more collection dumps. I still CRH nickels 2 boxes a week in search of a 1938S which I could buy for $2 to complete my album but the thrill is in the hunt. Justlike the lottery you have to be in it to win it.

I love seeing the picture of anyone whom finds silver or any other rare coin. I started in November 2013 and plan on continuing for at least a year. My goal for this year is to break a 1000 silver pieces and I am at 980 as of today. Things have slowed down a bit and even though I am seeing coins I have dumped in most cases I get at least 1 silver coin per week. I have been at this approximately 153 days and average approx. 6.4 silver coins a day. lol My chances of breaking 1000 silver pieces this year is really good. Seeing everybody's post keeps me motivated. So don't stop posting this is a awesome blog and I truly enjoy reading about everyone's success, Even if its just one.

Quote: My goal for this year is to break a 1000 silver pieces and I am at 980 as of today Well you have me beat by a mile. November 1 2013 to March 30 2014 I am at 479 40% and 112 90% which is way above average mainly because of a good batch of 4 boxes the first week of January and the good batch of 4 boxes last Friday.

I am still at 0 silver from boxes.
$260 from a box someone dumped at Wells Fargo so they had a reason to order me a whole box, nothing. just some more for those rolls of >20 million mintage rolls I am making.
Got some strange mintmark locations on a couple 1985 D. The D is closer to the 9 than centered between the 9 and 8. Is this anything work keeping?

DON'T GIVE UP SHADZ, I know it can feel like you are but when you hit that box with big numbers you will be hooked. They are out there and sooner or later you will hit one. Keep the hungry attitude.

I have been called a bottomless pit at a all-you-can-eat buffet once, so the hunger is not problem. my bag of pennies and box of halves is on the way to arrive Friday. I jsut want to compelte my folder with 1987 P right now, and will jsut be happy when silver is found. if 64=D then it will complete the other folder too.

I've tried to ask this in other forum topics and can't get any help.....how do you get bags of coins?
Picked up 5 CWR's today and snagged a '66! First one in a couple of weeks! It put a smile on my face! Tucking the kids in and opening up the box I got today! ;-)
