I just finished my 3rd Brinks box for the week, another good one, (1) 2002-date NIFC, (11) 40%, (4) 1967, (5) 1968D, (2) 1969D, and one 90%, (1) 1961D. 3.6814 oz. silver so far this week. One more Brinks box and have to go by the other bank to see if my fed boxes came this week. Hoping my streak continues.

Yes possible consequences. Yesterday I dumped 1000. Bought the bag of halfs that had 600+ unserched by me. Noticed in the account that there was a deposit and a withdraw of 1000. Today same thing. I just opened the account with them to dump half's but might have to bail on that already.

Following this thread, I see dollar amounts totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, with time(s) spread over a few tax years. Personally I would never do business that had that sort of transactions (paper trail) on my Bank (or CU) Account. I mean no harm, or insult to anyone.

This weeks Brinks boxes are finished. Box 4 had (1) 2002-date NIFC, and (9) 40%, (1) 1966, (3) 1967, (3) 1968D, and (2) 1969D. 5.0125 oz. silver thus far this week. I went by the other bank awhile ago and picked up 2 fed boxes. Hope the streak continues. Sure glad to have a good week for a change, this is the best week I've had in a few months.

Great job Rcook, those were some good boxes for sure! well done, especialy the franklin, and I hope it continues.
Jack, that is rough, good luck to you. If anyone could figure I way, I'm sure you could. Factors are limiting though. Always enjoy your posts and hope they keep up.
good luck to all, I have to wait until next week for some more halves.

Box 5 had a bunch nothing, no NIFC, no silver, no errors. One more box to go this week and may wait until tomorrow to search it. Hopefully there will be more silver, but if there's not I'm very happy with over 5 oz. for the week. Another 31 silver halves removed from circulation.

Quote: <<<I was in Chase today they said that starting July 1st no more dropping off coins in bags Bank of America lets me drop off coins in bags but Wells Fargo doesn't. Does anybody know what other banks allow you to drop coins off in bags? Also does anyone know if the policy's regarding dropping off loose coin are made by the banks nation wide or are they made localy? >>> All the banks in my area will only take coin that is rolled. It has been like this for years.

Quote: I do love the hunt, I wish I could do 6 boxes a week instead of 4. You guys must have some huge muscles moving multiple boxes from the bank to your car. The boxes are heavy.

I am sorry to hear some of you are having issues with your banks with dumping coins. I sure hope I can continue to have a good relationship with my banks. It seems they like me a bit better than the individuals that dump their regular change into the machines, because of all the junk that gets dumped into them. One of my banks had a 22 round go off inside of the coin machine. They have pulled all kinds of crazy things out of them. I was shorted 4 boxes this week because my Wells Fargo branch did't get my order in on time. They assured me that they would have them for me next week. This year Wells Fargo is the only bank that has used excuses why they didn't place an order. None of my other banks I work with have ever not ordered me coins, Just Wells Fargo.

Just finished first box I've had for about a month.
Definitely not worth the wait, absolutely skunked.
I would jump for joy if I pulled what some of you pull, I can't imagine boxes where you have over 10 silver, most I've ever had was 2 or 3...

Posting for first time. Been hunting for almost a year, getting a box of halves each week, and got a strange box this week.
First of all, found 5 40%.
One thing I noticed from the beginning were the extremely shiny enders on multiple rolls, 5 or 6 NIFC. I set them aside and started opening the others. First roll had 4 NIFC and it never stopped. Every roll had at least one, many had multiples ranging from 2002-2015.
All told, I ended with over $125 of these, and I don't know what to do since that cuts into my $500 weekly float...
I've read that many of you keep them, but some of you have re-circulated when you got too many. I'll pick out the best examples, but I don't want to keep $30 worth of 2005's.
