Need a little help:

I work with two banks in NY and my main bank was bought out by Key Bank and is transitioning in the next several months.

Does anyone work with Key bank?
The teller is explaining that the rules may change and that I may lose the 8 boxes I pick up weekly.

what other banks should I try?

Thanks for any advice, I have another bank but only allowed 2 boxes a week.

My last 4 boxes for the week and year of 2015, 3 were skunks and pulled only 1-68. I had a good year, my numbers did drop a bit. First I searched 536,800 coins and pulled 325 90%ers and 1064 40%ers, that is approximately 301 ounces of silver. Last year I pulled 521 90%ers and 1101 40%ers. Not surprised by the numbers going down. I would be very surprised if they don't drop again next year. Silver prices closed at $19.36 when I started in 2013 and closed today at $13.82. I sure hope silver starts to go up next year, its been on a 5 year decline. I should be sticking with the same numbers of boxes per week, no plan on increasing those. Wishing you all the best in 2016, I hope all whom take the time to work at this hobby the best and hope you find lots and lots of that beautiful white metal. Please continue to share your pictures they help me get through the though times when those dreaded skunks come around too often.

Happy New Year to all!

Well put. Do you just keep the silver, or do you ever sell it?

Silver it much too cheap to sell, hoarding it for now, its my 15 year plan, or if silver hits $50.00 an ounce. Need it to be that high to recover my safety deposit box fees

I agree, yes I would sell bullion coins if AG hits $50

Last year you found-discovered-recovered-earned 301 oz of AG. Speaking of safety box fees..... If you can-will-shall have won say 4,000 to 6,000 oz of Silver in your many past and future years of searching-working-hunting-(and hoarding) watch out for the remote possibility that history will repeat itself. i.e 1933.

10-16 boxes a week? That's quite a time investment. Then again, the 145 oz. of silver speaks for itself.

My safe was around $220. It seemed big when I got it at around 3.5 cubic ft, but now that most of my collection is stored in it, it seems rather small. Then again, it's fire- and waterproof and I got it new. I bet you could find a decent one that's bigger for less if you got it used.

Finished up the week with 6 more boxes.
3,40%
1,90% a 1959 Benny
1 box was short $2.00 (4 rolls @ $9.50) it was very visible
in the box.
1 roll had 10.00$ plus a car wash coin it was thin and light.
I was very surprised it still had $10.00 in halves usually
they are short.
Next week should get 6 more boxes of halves
and my first Eisenhower dollar bags $2000.00

Arby
Nice numbers, I'm going to start keeping track this year.
This week was 9 boxes, 17,40% % and 2,90%
Best of luck to all

Here you go. It isn't as active as the other CRH threads, but it's certainly interesting to follow.
