You're much better off selling here than on ebay. Keep posting for a few weeks and you'll be at 250 in no time. I'm sure there are plenty of members who would want some.

Searched two boxes on Saturday, found just 2 NIFC on the first box and a 1969-D and 5 more NIFC's on the second. Not a total skunk, but not great either which was enough to dampen my Powerball Fever, and they were Loomis boxes.

Yeli, 1 silver in 2 boxes is far better than none. If I had a cent for every marked half I've come across in the boxes I've searched, I'd be filthy rich!

I hate that too. It seems like it happens a lot. I've just gotten into the habit of copying my post before posing so I can paste it if I need to.

That has happened to be once or twice. At the very least, you should be able to use the back button and copy what you typed.

Arby, I'm reading into the fact you typed a long message must mean you had some great finds from your most recent boxes...spill it! :)

It was probably long because he had to list the hundred unique silver finds in one box.

Question for my fellow hunters...I've found a few BU '64P and '64D JFK's. Given the mintage was HUGE, is it worth putting them in flips and keeping them, or would you consider them only junk silver worth melt value?

I would keep BU grades, assuming they are indeed that. Certainly worth more than melt.

I've found dozens of 64s, and I have only found ONE worth keeping as numismatic, and I think it's in the AU category. I am always wary of people claiming to pull MS or BU coins out of circulation.

That is funny guys, I wish it was a long paragraph telling you about all the great finds I just acquired, sadly not the case, sorry to burst any bubbles out there. I was responding to an earlier post and thank Kyle and Sean for the trades we made, and letting Sean know his coins are on the way. As for finding BU silver halves I would have to agree with accordselux the chances of finding a BU and MS silver coin is very rare. I believe I have scored a few AU's since searching, but I am no expert when grading coins. I just think they look perty, (missed spelled on purpose) As for loosing a message, hitting the back button does not work data is lost. I will be saving before I send if I feel long winded. On my way to pick up boxes from the bank that has skunked me three weeks in a row, if it happen again today I may need a or even a may be better.

Quote: As for loosing a message, hitting the back button does not work data is lost. It works for Firefox, just saying. Wink-wink, nudge-nudge. I have never tried it in Chrome though. Anyway, hopefully your next box will make it up to you!
