4 boxes from Friday the 9th (yeas I am that far behind in sorting)
The first 3 boxes were skunks and coming of a of 6 box skunk streak before that it was looking bad.
Box 4 has a 1964 and 2 40%ers.
Since Chase took out their coin counter last July and I had to scale back my roll hunting operations I have to say since the start of 2016 I cant recall a more than 4 box / 1 pickup skunk streak.
Back int eh day I would go 26 boxes and then find 1 40%er and then another 24 box skunk streak.
I guess I was my own worst enemy and while I know there are other hunters in the area due to marked coins I guess I was / maybe still am the Kingpin hunter in the metro area (over 1 million population)

I think you've earned kingpin status, JJ!
It appears no coin counters in an area significantly decreases search volume, but increases the number of finds per $ searched because fewer CRHers are willing to make the extra effort to re-roll and deposit face-to-face with tellers...Decreased competition is a good thing.

well, did 4 boxes from last Friday that I picked up today. 1 x 1964 in box 3. hoping this weeks boxes are sourced a bit differently.... :-)

finally scored some CWR figured it would happen by holiday time 2 rolls
found 1 1964, 4 franklins and 1 walking liberty and 3 40s its been quite a long time

Cracked 4 boxes this evening 3 skunks 1-67, I'm dreaming of some silver in boxes this Christmas, just like I use to get!. LOL Sorry listening to Christmas music while searching.

8 CWR rolls produced nothing.

didnt seem to get my 4 boxes yesterday... not sure what happened there. I hate missing december boxes because of their increased potential, but what can you do. I always try to take times like this as a break. Merry Christmas to all of the hunters out there, hopefully the holidays dont impact the delivery trucks too much :-D

I know how you feel I was suppose to get 8 boxes
from a bank today they did not come in, they said no delivery until next week.
Went through 4 boxes from yesterday all skunks.
I have 2 or 3 boxes to pick up today from another bank I hope they come in.

Sorry to hear your boxes didn't come in Trapper and Skibdib, Just finished up another 4 boxes only one skunk, I was very pleased to pull 4-90%ers and 7-40%ers, I had two enders total and one ender that had a coin I marked 11/16, The reverse was marked 9/16, That was box four which produced the most silver. The first box was a skunk after starting it and seeing all the nice shinny 96-98's I thought for sure I wouldn't score any silver at all, just goes to show you never know, its nice to score silver knowing these are coins you searched before, just shows there is a ton of silver still out there. I will pick up my last four boxes for the week Friday on my Birthday may I will hit it big that would be a awesome Birthday gift. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope your boxes come in next week. Almost forgot I also rescued a very nice 81S Clad Proof, not in the picture.   "LOVE THE HUNT!"

2 boxes yesterday - 1 skunk and in the other I found 1 1964 and 6 40%.  2 more boxes to go for the week and hoping for more silver! |
