Okay my second 4 boxes for this week also all skunks, that is 8 in a row, I predict another 4 box skunk tomorrow! I would be nice if they have silver, I just have this feeling this will be my first year to end with a skunk streak. We will see. Robby very nice score.

Had a really amazing find today. Ask teller for Half Dollars she has 3 CWR. I offer to buy them, she then starts to count the ones in the roll that has the split in the paper. Even with my bad eyes I can see they are all bright white. She never hesitates and hands me the other 2 rolls and what do you know original Bank Wrapped. WOW Those are the first unopened BW silver rolls I have ever gotten and most likely will never get again. The one roll is T/T but I guess it is a 40%.

Awesome finds everyone. I have not been able to do much hunting as my car has some issues. Stopped at 5-6 banks on way home 2 days ago. I found 4 halves at one bank which included 2-40%'s (1966 & 1967). I also found $504 in vintage bills at another bank. Most were from the 1950's but some went as far back as the 1930's up through the 1960's. I got 2 cases of halves from Santander yesterday and found 1-1967, 1-2004P, 1-2008P, & 1-2012P in case #1. I have not gone through case 2 yet but will go through it tomorrow. The 2 cases I should have received from Bank of America last week still have not arrived. I will update everyone on case 2 once I go through it. Happy Hunting everyone.

Oh yeah...Ben hit it on the head earlier. Only dump your halves in machines. You are punishing the poor teller you deposit your rolled coins to. They are stuck with moving, counting, etc those rolls each shift they work until they find someone to take them. I never saw an entire bank so happy as when I bought $750 in halves someone dumped on 1 teller. The teller I bought them from was actually giggling. The rest of the bank was visually very happy for her. Machine dumped halves go back to the fed and are re-rolled and put into cases. I try to dump in a machine at a branch outside of my normal hunting area hoping to keep my searched coins from coming back in my new rolls. Keep the good Karma everyone.

I wonder how far you would have to go to dump to not get your own coins back at some point.

Opened my first of two boxes, has anyone noticed what I seem to have, When I get a box with lots, I mean lots, of halves with worn off edges I don't find any silver

I think I am trying to say that when I find a box with lots of coins with reeding that is gone it has been going through a mill over and over. At first I though it was the casino's in CT using halves but I don't know if they do or not.

I just wonder if we are all searching our dumps even from the couriers such as Brinks. At the same time I bought a bag of halves, $600 worth and found 9 90% and 22 40% so they are still getting dumped

The CT casinos do not use halves at all (I play at Foxwoods in a poker tournament every week). Silver is still getting fed into the system. When a bank has enough in rolls I think they can get rid of them to their armored car service. Banks with machines get rid of the bags once they fill up ($1000 face). The coins Brinks (or name any other company here) pick up from the banks and stores get dumped together and re-wrapped. That is why when a collection gets dumped into the system you might find parts of it throughout different sealed cases. We are searching someones dumps based on the multiple marked coins you see when opening boxes. I have started buying boxes from Santander (NF String) and Bank of America (Loomis or Brinks...I cant remember) recently. I dump my coins at a Middlesex Savings Bank 50 miles or so away from my house and main hunting area.
