Went to bank today expecting 10 boxes they only had 1 for me the courier said there was a shortage (not only halves but all coins) and that was all they could deliver. I did find 2, 40% in the 1 box surprised me. The banker will order 10 more for me next week will see what happens. I wonder if there is a shortage because the bank lobbies are closed and people are not bringing their coins in  Best of luck to everyone. |

Got my usual 2 boxes. First box had a 1966. Combined the 2 boxes produced 2 with holes drilled in them. And I save 2 rolls of NIFC/or exceptional pieces, that I will take to the coin club meeting, for sale/trade.
There was no mentioning of a coin shortage.

Went to bank, did manage to get 9 boxes so far nothing.

So I cracked open 18 Boxes this week, pulled 1-68, so that means 17 skunk boxes, also pulled 1-87D, 1-2011, which I marked twice before in 2018, 1-2018. Yesterday I received 7 pieces of silver 2-66, and 5-67. So far the coin shortage hasn't hit in half dollars. We will see what next week holds. The 9 boxes I did last week were all skunks I did find a nice 1987 though. Got ten more ordered this week I think that will be it for awhile.  |

Haven't hunted in about 4 months. Yesterday I stopped at a bank that has been as close to a sure thing as possible for aquiring silver in the past. Was't sure if lobby was open it was went in teller had 4 rolls. End result 6 1966s 27 1967s 23 1968s 14 1969s. 70 out of the 80 coins were silver I'm off to a good start.  |

Cabo some of my best scores have been from tellers. Fantastic! Last week I cracked open 11 boxes, one of my banks are now getting 3 boxes instead of 4. Out of 11 boxes 1 contained 4-40%ers,1-67, 2-68, 1-69, Also pulled 1 NIFC-2018D. Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July and everyone managed to keep all their digits? Good Luck this week. Got these Friday 33 40% and 1 90%. Funny thing never got a piece of silver from this bank in the past. Teller says no half dollars I leave she comes after me in parking lot says other teller has halves. I'll take it nice surprise  |
