Plan on sending some for grading, definitely sending the '72. Any others look like they are worth the $$ to send in? I still have 12 more rolls to photograph and edit too. CLICK PIC CLICK PIC CLICK PIC

The week before Christmas, I found those solid rolls of NIFC halves. This week I've searched $140 of loomis rolls and found a 1964, 1966, 1967, 1969, a 1970s proof with gold plating on the obverse (super bummed about that plating), a 1984S proof with toning, and a 2017p. Not bad!

Another post about this box I've been searching through. I went and got 20 rolls this morning and found 3 NIFC, 1954 Franklin, 2 1964, 1 1966, 2 1967, 2 1968, and the best of the bunch a GW carver half dollar! There are 7 rolls left and I'm going back to get them Monday. I'll post some pictures when I'm done along with the mix of those other rolls of NIFC I found next week.

I went through 4 boxes and found 13 NIFC's, 3 Clad Proofs, 1 90% Franklin, and 3 40%. I also found 10 very nice UNC 1983-P and a lowball 1983-P that grades Good at best. Overall happy with the finds.

In total, it took me until box 7 to find one 40% and then the final box 8 had 2 more 40% and 1 90%

Very nice! Where the heck to do all of these proofs come from? Years ago, I remember making a sales call on a Federal Reserve Branch and one of the managers and I started discussing coins and he mentioned that they got in bags of proofs from the mint one time. I suspect some of the proofs are mint rejects or unsold coins, some are probably large retail/mail seller rejects, and some are spent by non-collectors.
