The pics aren't that bad, and I don't see a smidge of FG on the reverse. Terrific find!

Got my first ever 1987(D)! No silver this round though. Hardly a scratch on it.

Second full box in two weeks! Produced a 1967, so nice to not be skunked on silver. Also a 1987-P, which filled a slot in my JFK Dansco. Three NIFC too, which I threw back as I have them already - someone else can get some hole fillers. Finally, several nice 80s and 90s common halves that replaced beat up ones in the album.

Been out of commission a while. Went out last Thursday did well. One teller hands me a roll that I could see was a litle short I never say anything its all part of the game. Anyway open the roll 16 coins but 13 were silver. Then picked up a few more same day.

Question for you Kennedy CRH aficionados: I don't CRH, but my local convenience store owner holds on to all Kennedys for me. Maybe one every two weeks. Of the the last three I've acquired, two seem to have greatly diminished reeding. All of you see more Kennedys in a day than I do in several years. Is this common for Kennedy half dollars? They don't seem to be Dryer Coins, so I'm wondering why / how this is happening to them. Obverse and edge pictures are in same order.

Hondo Boguss, maybe they were used in slot machines?

Errers, that is a possibility. There are uncountable video poker casinos here, as well as multiple Vegas-style casinos. But those are not places I've ever frequented*, so I do not know if they used Kennedys in their slots or as some other gaming token.
*They are in business to separate people from their money, and are professionals at it. Why would I willingly just give money away for nothing tangible in return?

I've seen quarters from the 70s and 80s that have this same issue.
I wonder if anyone has found any magic coins in half dollar rolls?
