Check it out! Traded 2 rolls 40% at coin show today. I saw Morgans for $28, and bought a peace $ at melt. I also paid less for the walkers, and they filled 2 holes in the Whitman woo-hoo!
Kinda stuffy there at the hotel, or I would "halve"

i got one roll that has a stamp: july 5 1975, and handwriting "1776" all UNC bicentenials.. should I keep them and try to sell that way in its wrapping? or just put them back in the wild?

fistfull,

Was the coin show you went to the Ohio Coin Extravaganza? I really wanted to go to it but we had our Indoor Track Conference Championship meet this weekend.

I haven't posted for a long time because I haven't been roll searching in over a month! I can't wait until spring break so I can get back into it.

$200 in rolls today ($130 MWR and $70 BWR) produced some pretty good results - 12 silver (3 @ 90%, 9 @ 40%) including my first Frankin - a 63. Neat!

my bank teller is on vacation for 2 weeks, so I doubt I'll be getting any boxes for a while. It gives me time to get rid of all the coin in my house though. Last 3 boxes have been no silver anyways
although I did receive a 1943 walker from one of the other tellers a few days ago along with 3 40%ers

$500 box today yielded 1 90% 2 40%. Picking up one more on friday.
Im happy to have gotton this as it broke my 4 box skunk streak :)

EDIT: Bank called me and said my box was in? That usually does not come in until friday so I went and picked it up. On the way home I stopped to get carry out chinese and my bill was 10.75. I told the cashier as he was pulling out my quarter to keep the change and no sooner than he threw it back into the drawer that unmistakable sound of silver went THUD! I did a double take and told him, on second thought can you give me that quarter, the one you just threw back in the till? He gave me a weird look and I said Ill give you another quarter for it, its just its an old coin and I collect them. He just gave it to me and said dont worry and must of thought I was strange LOL. So I scored a Silver 42 from a chinese joint!

I get home and open the box of halves and I pulled 1 90% and 1 40% Kennedy! A great day indeed!

Since I started keeping track: $8,090.00
20 40%
1 Walker
5 Franklin
6 90% Kennedy
2 Proofs

I searched 2 boxes tonight. Found a 64' and 5 40%'s.

On another note, I followed Fistfull's lead and sold $200 face in 40% halves. All were from roll searching. I have bought 2 rolls of Walking Liberties, and I think I am going to use the rest of the proceeds to buy some nice Morgans.

Glad to hear people are scoring silver here and there. Currently, I am on a 10 box skunk streak. Hopefully, no one else has a streak that bad going. Have found alot of NIFC and about 8 proof coins, but silver is what I really want! Maybe the four boxes coming in on Friday will end my dry spell.
