Does such clipping come from the mint as an error or from normal usage?

Post mint damage would not have metal flow on both sides of the coin.

I have been buying on line also on ebay, get deals below melt, free shipping and get ebay bucks also which reduces the price more.

So I finished my first 2 boxes. Good thing I am not looking for silver. Boy I would be upset if I actually got any of that garbarge. I realy only want the NIFC's (14) and clad proofs (2). Soooo happy how that turned out. Actually I cannot begrudge myself keepers. It is getting slim pickin's out there.

You have to look for free shipping
and snip the bid under melt, and ebay bucks reduces your cost a few dollars also. It cost me ten dollars in gas just to drive to a precious metals dealer so I save that cost also.
Plus no sales tax.

Picking up my second box tomorrow after class so I'm pretty excited. First box was skunked and half the coins marked. Still picked up some nice NIFCs and some pristine coins to continue filling album. Sure would love to see some silver tomorrow though.

I have come to the conclusion that the gift cards I gave them will soon be worth their weight in silver.

I am finding far more silver at banks in the ghetto than at banks in the nice area.

I forget the thread, but one searcher had a nice gun and hundreds of dollars of coins stolen in two separate quicky thefts in such a neighborhood. Just be careful.

The bank ordered me what supplies (coins) I wanted and is graciously allowing me to pick the shipment up in increments I can afford and a weight that I have the help to handle.

You need the deal I had with my favorite bank. They had a bag of silver halves in the vault. I could get whatever I wanted, as long as I replaced them with current halves. I spend a few hours back in that section of the vault. Wish I bought the building when they decided to close it down.

I told the lady tellers that some guys told me it couldn't be done. They said, 'well, we'll see about that, just let us know how we can help!" along with a co-conspiritorial wink.....lol.

Only incoming cash transactions are a problem. Keep in mind, when you dump halves, that's an incoming cash transaction.

I was just glad to see her presence there and grandchildren too, well, I just couldn't resist. She's working a dangerous job and driving a crappy car, hoping for a better life for those 4 little grandkids. Her warm, sincere ear to ear smile was enough to make my whole day!

One time I tipped the parking valet with an Ike. He lit up like a Christmas tree and said "Wow! This is my birth year!"
