M0nks,

Maybe you have an artistically inclined searcher getting them before you. :)

I went to the bank today and my teller had ordered me 4 boxes seeing how she orders in increments of $1000. I had only asked for three so I have an extra when I have time to go through it.

I have three boxes now and do not see silver showing. Also, a lot of the weights are in the "grey" area with very few in the 226+ arena.

Okay, back to searching. I wish you better luck my friend.

Kenscott.....are you using my weight study when you mention the 226+ grey zone?

Unhollyroller,

I may have actually gotten these from one of your posts. As for the weights, yes, I use around 226.0+ as really
good with anything around 225.6 and up to be secondary and anything below to be questionable.

So far, no luck on the three boxes I have this afternoon. Everything I have weighed with any promise has turned up diddo.

I have found two 2003 NIFCS and something else interesting.

I have found a 2005 NIFC with what I believe to be a very clear, strong die gouge. It is composed of three dot-type gouges on the back coming from the lower part of the right tail feathers and extending to the lower right bottom of the arrows. It pretty much cuts beneath the FG marking. It may be something or nothing. I am not sure yet.

Silver coin picker, nice job. You seem to have luck doing that. What do you do when they say they have "300$ cwr", just turn it down, and get all loose coins?

My three still not looking good. Maybe a bit of blessing in there somewhere.

If not, there is box #4 waiting at the bank for me to pick up when I am ready.

Have you ever noticed that most good silver tends to come in one of the two boxes you get (or three)?

Btw SilverCoinPicker, I'm camping at Keystone Lake this weekend and hoping to wake up in the morning and make some trips to the surrounding banks.

Don't forget another golden rule of CRH my friend. Always buy them all. I can't remember how many times I've cringed, bought the dumps, and found grannys solid-silver rolls "dumped" somewhere in between. To the crh'er that passed up those dumps: I thank you!
