scored 70$ more in cwr rolls out of town this weekend all junk. Found these in my mailbox when I got home, special delivery from Bish Nice gems, all proofs, the 93 and 94 are 90% silvers, the 3rd and 5th lowest mintages, of the 21(so far) coin run of 1992 and newer 90% proofs. that puts me up to 7 of the 21 coins needed to complete my kennedy with proofs dansco. Trying to do as much of it as I can without buying any coins, these 90% are the stopper. thanks Bish 7 down 14 to go of those 90% coins

No reason to do that to proofs of any year. Just shows there are some childish people out there who do not respect the hobby.

What's the reasoning behind marking up coins like that? Even if they're worth face it's a waste of effort. In this case it's just throwing money away. What's the point? On a similar note, I recently started searching halves and have found a bunch of NIFC that are marked with sharpie. I know it's fixable but it's still annoying.
