Lonz, Sweet Clipped! I'm still waiting on my first clipped half $. I'm guessing I've had my chances and blew right past a couple clips. If they aren't one of the years that have errors, I probably wouldn't see them.
HalfHunter - I've seen the slash on the obverse with black sharpy. I don't recall a 'V' on the reverse of any.
SilverHunter - Man, If you are seeing that kind of silver in the dime boxes, you should focus there. I've been documenting my dime boxes on the other forum, and I've had several skunks lately. Two more boxes last night that were skunks :(
All - It looks like the silver has turned on for a bunch of us. To those who are in a dry spell, I wish you luck on your next box. BTW, I picked up the 'other' box that was accidentally ordered yesterday. Nadda, Nothing, a true skunk!

on to re-dump at my dump bank and hit up some grocery store banks.

im in a terrible dry spell right now - picked up 3 more today and I noticed some of the yellow wrappers are shorter than others and it feels like really cheap paper everytime I get those theres nothing in the boxes my streak is now on to 15 boxes maybe next week ill hit my monster box!

Hey silver hunter, I see the brinks, I see the garda/loomis, Mind saying what bank you got that dunbar box from? I know its different in each town, but iv been to over 100 banks here, cant find a dunbar bank, yet I see them around.
Any more luck on the brinks OO? I found some silver today, but Ill do my official update tommorrow with the rest of the boxes I'm getting.

Are the square boxes the dunbar boxes? I just got a box from a new bank today and it was in one of those boxes. Are they any better? I willl let you know how my first box of them turns out.

IF you click on the image optimizer you can make images smaller maybe that will work to make them bigger?. IF you have mac you can resize right on your desktop, Ill tell you how takes 10 seconds, not sure how to make them bigger on windows. The trick is to make your image 100KB or smaller or the forum wont take it. Dont know about the numbers, I get those yellow boxes all the time, and they never have numbers on them. Hey Gold, around here the cube boxes are brinks, flats are garda. Whats better?depends on what area you are in. I believe in silver hunters pics, he has a dunbar box, the second picture right to the left of the dime box, I think thats a dunbar halves box.The one below those 2 boxes in the middle is a brinks cube around here I want to tap into dunbar in my town, but I dont think calling the banks is a good idea, I tried it a while back, and didnt get good results on the phone. Just getting over: poison ivy, a bad spider bite, respiratory virus, and a child with pneumonia, all while the business is swinging into the busiest time of the year. But....after the pain....comes paradise: Coin machine magnet, steel pennies, some in BU:  Loose half rolls offered to me while picking up my boxes. $190 worth. "Ok, I guess I'll take em...", figuring they were most probably dumps. WRONG!     So far, 6 rolls are all silver but one coin in each! Mixed 40% and 90% silver coins!  Plain wrappers had "S" marked on them....SILVER perhaps!  All kennedys so far. Will post results for y'all ASAP. |

Also, I don't know HOW you do it? My bank snatches up any silvers they get, and I don't find any good boxes. My total stash is less than what you found lol

nice snag on the $190.00 as for my square box another skunk I will have to order another one of those boxes next week. I do have two boxes coming tommorow from a different bank hopefully I will find something I am starting to hope for at least one!

Sorry to hear about all the sickness. I am going through a tough spell right now as well, and hoping
the antibiotics will do the trick. It stinks being sick - especially when one has no health insurance and doctor visits are $102.
Let us know how the remainder of the rolls turn out. I know you have to be on cloud nine right now!
