2014-Silver-Proof-Kangaroo-Available-At-The-Royal-Canadian-MintRoyal Canadian Mint - The Royal Australian Mint's Kangaroo Series started back in 1993, and every year a new unique design is presented of the kangaroo, an Australian icon. The 2014 Silver Proof Kangaroo is on the theme of explorers' first sightings. The design of this beautiful coin is inspired by a sketch by a well known wildlife author in Australia and features two kangaroos in their native environment.

A limited quantity of these coins is available in North America through the Royal Canadian Mint.

I wouldn't mind betting that the RCM have a tie-up with the RAM in this matter.
I would not be in the least surprised to find that the RAM issues a one ounce silver coin featuring the beaver, in the near future.
