Not sure if this is the way the coin ws meant to be minted or not. I have nothing to compare it to.

Mostly in the date, Fraternite and angel on obverse.

This particular flying figure looks like a public sporting event 'flasher' to me!
Somewhat unfortunate.

Good example of doubling of '1990', well explained in the picture.

I think Die Deterioration Doubling on the date.
