I am not seeing any die flow lines so I don't think it's LDS. I am also not seeing a tripled die obverse but maybe MD.

Not LDS, MD. The lines that you saw have to be radiating from the middle of the coin to the rim of the coin for it to bee die flow lines.

The NE/SW lines are die scratches on the die. The mark on the date is Machine damage (ejection doubling) from the coin being removed from the chamber. If it were a triple die, the devices would be larger. This is not the case. Normal coin with MD on the digits.

Roger that on the lines, Childofthewheat and Coop. It makes me wonder what in the world would cause a die to get scratches like that.

They always looked to me like they used a wire wheel on them. I've even found pieces of wire on some coins.
