It's not Venice proper; the language is Greek. It's actually a 4 soldini from Venetian-owned Crete; the Greek text in the centre says "60 tornesi" There's one at the bottom of this thread on another forum. As is usual for early "Italian States" coins, there's no picture in the NGC entry.
