sorry for the pictures I just get to excited and always want to show you guys sorry for that, but this R has a tail or it continues through or under the line as if it where part of the letter R

Could be a die chip or a die gouge.

I'm not necessarily sure. See what looks like a "hole" right underneath the feature you're talking about? That could be the gouge created by an impact that drove the metal upwards, and it ended up looking like a die chip.

"Penny?" It is a U.S. Coin. It's a cent. LOL

But it may just be a gas bubble under the plating in that area. Pressing on it with a toothpick could confirm that. It is gives, it is just a gas pocket. If it doesn't then it is probably a die gouge. Either way no big issue.

we are allowed to say "lol" lol hi guys thanks it just seem odd I do think it is a gas bubble but its in a perfect spot to make it look like its part of the R
