It's been a while since I posted for a grade.
Dug through my Morgans and this one said "pick me"

It seems to have a lot of cartwheel luster still.

What do you all think?

MS63 and VAM2. It's kind of ironic, I'm watching a VAM-2 right now on ebay...

Killer attribution, Dave. Did you get it on the I?

I'm happy with 63 for it, and on the upper end of that.

@one50, I thank you for the omen. I went and pulled the trigger on the one a came across on the bay. Stay tuned.

SsDd, I really couldn't make out any of the "pits" on the OP coin but the flag on the I really pops.

Well, the one I saw is a black dot which could as likely be something else, but it's in the precise location of a prominent pitting dot on the plate coin so that's how I took it. Just as confirmation, though - the I is what nails it.

The image is too dark at the 8 dash to be sure of it's actual shape, so all that did was narrow down the possibilities, and of course the clashing isn't much help since the fact that clashing isn't recorded for a given VAM means nothing.

MS fantastic.
I may have a few more MS Morgans then.
Sweet, I'll find a few more to post.

And since this had some interest in the VAM world I tested out my new technique for taking close ups with my phone.

They turned out pretty well.
