I picked this penny up yesterday morning in front of a Starbucks at Fort Worth. This looks like it might have a weird type of error the L looks kind of offset and at a angle.

The L looks the same as your 1966.

KInd of the way the dies were made back then until they revised and improved them.

You really Should hold your coins by the edges. You could easily ruin the coin with prints from the oils on your hands.

You really don't want to ruin a potential high dollar coin with prints. (I'm not saying this is one), but it a good habit to get into.

Only if it was on heads .lol Finger details tell a lot about a person, but not the coin. It needs a back drop. Just trying to be helpful.
