Re rev are not scratches as lines are parallel quite a interesting coin rotated and lamination $10 plus shipping maybe not Report this Post to the Staff

It doesn't look like it was struck on a previous coin and above the "29" doesn't resemble the sword hilt or paw? Report this Post to the Staff
gxseries Pillar of the Community Australia 3831 Posts	Posted 04/22/2015 9:56 pm This particular type of coin is known to be overstruck over older coins. That reminded me to hunt one down for my overstrike collection. I was certain I had one somewhere... This is why the size of the number "1" and the kilt may not look exactly the same in the under layer as the newer series coin were slightly smaller than the older ones. As of why this is done - who knows.
