Yeah, you can see where solder splashed onto the coin, and it's been carefully filed down. Many of this seller's coins are heavily polished, and he's averaging 5 Negs/Neutrals a month. With that said, at his volume I'm willing to believe most of them are people who just don't understand what they're looking at. But you can obviously do a combined 60 Negs/Neutrals a year and still be a Top Rated Seller. Just have to sell a whole_lot of stuff. Report this Post to the Staff
