Macquarie Mint Is In Trouble Again

This time, they've picked a much harder adversary than the government of Nauru... the Australian Department of Defence is taking issue with the inclusion on their mass-marketed 2015 "$10 for $10 coin" an emblem that looks suspiciously like a Rising Sun badge. The Department of Veterans affairs has also noticed what I'd mentioned in previous years, the liberal use of the word "Anzac" to promote their cheap imported gimmicky "coins", in defiance of laws in Australia against doing so. I am in NO way defending the Macquarie Mint But at least they have donated $100,000 according to the link you provided Sap.

RAM also are guilty of producing "gimmicky coins" Using the ANZAC theme and I doubt very much that a single cent would of found its way into helping Legacy from the profits from these.

I think Both mints are guilty of "Milking" the tradition of ANZAC to death and as an ex serviceman I find it insulting and bloody annoying
