I would agree with SPP. One needs to tread lightly as these lists can get out of control. What if someone makes a legitimate listing error? etc... I'm currently working on a portion of a website that would track coin losses (theft, loss, mail loss) for dealers and individuals. I wanted to include
ebay accounts associated with those losses (where applicable) to potentially weed out
ebay abuse but was advised against it because of potential libel. I don't like over marketed or fraudulent listings on
ebay (or any other online venue)any more than the next guy and I wish something could be done about it. I use
ebay as my sole E commerce solution for selling coins. Having dealers or individuals that consistently leave buyers with a bad taste in their mouth through
ebay sales devalues good quality legitimate coins being sold by legitimate sellers because buyers will try to price discount product for the potentially bad experience.
