It kind of looks like a blank and not a planchet. I don't see the upset rim.

Not sure if the webbing is attached to the coin orrr. Wait. Never mind. It wouldn't look like that. It would look like a piece of metal. Interesting. Looks like type 1.

Looks to me like exactly what he says it is a plachet and a piece of the (chopped) webbing. The upsetting isn't strong on the planchet but I do believe it is there.

I think it is a type 1 planchet !

The small upset on one side only may be from a worn punch.

I would probably ask if it sticks to a magnet? The color looks different than the webbing.
