Hi. I found this 1970s penny with what appears to have a extra bar all the way across the top of the 7 in 1970 on the date. Is this rare? Any help would be nice. Thanks!

the top of the 7 and the top of the 9 appear to have evidence of Machine Doubling (MD) or they were hit with something post mint

Yes large date and machine damage notice how the 7 is made thinner by it.
