The reverse of this 1983 cent is an apparent " Greaser". In this example the "E" of the E*P*U device is completely missing. Is this an error that engenders a premium for the coin? Thank you.

It does look like a Greaser . Not really a premium but worth keeping until you food a better specimen

If you CRH you'll find dozens of these. This is one of the most common Greaser dates out there.
